Learned much. I remember some of the last words GM Choe said to me ‘You need to teach’. I’ve been teaching for many years since.

Looking back to 1987. I studied with Grandmaster Song Choe. I see a few pictures that he had me take of him way back then. Truly a great man, fantastic, and patient teacher. I cherish the time I spent with him before joining the Marine Corps. We had many great conversations. It’s good to see his legacy live on.

It is a great school, only because of the great students. The children’s class is awesome now. We have a lot of senior belts now and they help the younger students and junior belts. I am so proud of all the children. Such hard workers.
